Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sunday, the Sunday app and the Sunday account service at platform.sundaybot.me, provided by SundayBot (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.

The service

Sunday is an AI assistant that runs on your own computer. A paid plan gives your Sunday app access to AI models through our account service, up to a monthly AI usage allowance. The app itself, your files and your conversations stay on your computer.

Accounts

You need a valid email address to make an account. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.

Plans and payment

• Sunday Plus: ₹799 per month — monthly ai allowance for everyday use.
• Sunday Pro: ₹1,599 per month — more than 2× the ai allowance of plus.

Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Unused AI allowance does not carry over to the next month. If a renewal payment fails, access may be paused until it succeeds. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after that.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from your account page. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Sunday to break the law, harm others, send spam, attack systems, or get around usage limits, and don’t resell or share your plan’s AI access. AI requests are also subject to the usage policies of the model providers. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output

AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important before relying on it, and don’t treat output as professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. You are responsible for the actions you ask Sunday to take on your computer and accounts.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it.

Ending the service

You can stop using Sunday and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms, with a pro-rated refund of any prepaid period if we end it without cause.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on this site before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
