Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SundayBot collects when you use Sunday and the account service at platform.sundaybot.me, and what we do with it.
What stays on your computer
The Sunday app runs on your own computer. Your files, chats, memories and settings are stored there, not on our servers. We don’t see them.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and name, used to log you in.
- Subscription details: your plan, its status and billing dates.
- AI usage totals: how much of your monthly AI allowance you have used (amounts, not content).
- Basic technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept briefly for security and debugging.
We don’t collect or store your card or bank details; Razorpay handles payments.
AI requests
When Sunday uses AI, the request (your message and whatever context the app includes) goes from your computer to OpenRouter, which routes it to the model provider you chose. We don’t store the content of these requests. OpenRouter’s and the model providers’ own privacy policies apply to them.
Who we share data with
- Clerk — account login and email verification.
- Razorpay — payments and subscriptions.
- OpenRouter — AI access and usage limits.
- Vercel and Neon — hosting and the account database.
We share only what each needs to provide its part of the service. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists, and billing records as long as tax law requires. When you delete your account we delete the rest within 30 days.
Your choices
You can see and update your account details on your account page, log out every Sunday app from there, and ask us to export or delete your data by contacting us.
Security
Connections are encrypted, AI keys are stored encrypted, and app logins can be revoked at any time. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
